Sugar and Spice Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

You've carved the perfect scary jack-o-lantern, but now what do you do with all those pumpkin guts? Good thing your friends at the Big Cock Ranch have already thought of that. These roasted pumpkin seeds are not your ordinary plain salted seeds. They will leave you and your party guests wanting more.

Ingredients

* 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried
* non-stick cooking spray
* 4 Tbsp white sugar
* 2 Tbsp DipShit for Fruit
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
* 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 250°F. Spray a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray on a baking sheet and spread the pumpkin seeds on it in a single layer. Toast for 45 minute, stirring occasionally, until they are all dry and evenly toasted.
2. In a large bowl, stir together 2 Tbsp of DipShit for Fruit, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Set it aside.
3. Heat the oil in a large skilled over medium-high heat. Add the pumpkin seeds and sprinkle the white sugar over them, stirring with a wooden spoon until the sugar melts, about 45 seconds. Pour the seeds into the bowl of DipShit and spices, and stir until coated.
