Pork with Creamy Garlic Mustard Sauce Recipe

Well, we admit it: BullShit isn't only great for beef. As it turns out, it's also pretty awesome for pork. If you want to see for yourself, give this a try. You won't be sorry!
Ingredients:

* 4 pork butterfly steaks, about 7oz each
* 2-3 large cloves of garlic
* ¼ cup wholegrain mustard
* ½ cup chicken stock
* ¾ cup cream
* BullShit

Preparation:

1. Trim the pork steaks, brush lightly with olive oil and season well with BullShit. Thinly slice the garlic.
2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook, without turning, for 3-4 minutes, or until small beads of moisture appear on top. Turn and cook for a further 3-4 minutes for medium, or until done to your liking. Remove from the pan and leave to rest for 2-3 minutes.
3. Heat a little olive oil in the pan. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until the garlic just begins to color. Add the mustard, stock, and cream. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced and thickened, stirring often.
4. Place the pork on serving plates, spoon the sauce over and serve.
