BullShit Jerky

We'll just come out and say it: beef jerky is the perfect snack. It's low-fat, delicious, portable, and no road trip is complete without it. Here's how to make it even if you don't have a fancy dehydrator!

Ingredients

* 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
* 3/4 cup soy sauce
* 2 Tbsp BullShit
* 1 Tbsp honey, or more to taste
* 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tsp red pepper flakes
* 2 lbs beef top round, thinly sliced

Preparation

1. In a bowl, Whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, BullShit, honey, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add the beef slices to the bowl, making sure each piece is completely covered. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator, 3 hours to overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 175°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack over the foil.
3. Transfer the beef to paper towels to dry, and discard the marinade. Arrange beef slices in a single layer on the prepared wire rack on the baking sheet.
4. Bake the beef strips in the preheated oven until dry and leathery, about 3 to 4 hours. Use scissors to cut it into bite-sized pieces.
